Less wait time

We strive hard to ensure that each patient does not wait more than 45 minutes to be seen.  Although, most patients don't mind the comfort and entertainment provided in our lounge.


Efficiency is key

Everything we do is documented and retrieved through our state-of-the-art electronic medical record system.  What this means is a more efficient and faster way of communicating between staff members and other healthcare providers.  Your office visits, labs, medications and other communication are stored and retrieved electronically.   Diagnostic tests, medication orders, scheduling and referrals are done at the push of a button.   Medication refills are expedited through our electronic refill system with participating local pharmacies.  No more extra phone calls and dealing with illegible scripts!

Labs are done in the office for your convenience and are recorded directly to your medical record in a secure manner.    All patients are informed of their diagnostic exams, regardless of their results.   Patients may choose to be informed by phone or e-mail also.
  

Hospital Access

Calder Place prefers Baptist Hospital Beaumont, an affiliate of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.  We prefer this hospital because of its friendly staff, state-of-the-art facilities, and Magnet Recognition status.  If you are ever hospitalized, we are right by your side... literally.
